PM. The team meets members from various
settlements in the upper part of the slope in Jose Carlos Mariategui.
These settlements, known as the 'extensions of the extensions' are located at 2,500 feet over sea level and above. 3D mapping here enables a detailed understanding of
the terrain and with it of the actual experience of dwelling the 'quebrada' (ravine). Women and men from
seven settlements in the area volunteered to be part of ReMapLima in the next
days and discuss what a better understanding of their territory can bring to
their lives.
